1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Novera, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Novera on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. What Novera Is

Novera is a discovery and connection platform for IT Service Providers, Technical Professionals, Distributors, Product Agents, Technology Companies, Shops, Education Providers, Students, and Training Providers. Novera is an introduction service — it connects parties and facilitates discovery. Novera is not a party to any agreement, service, purchase, or enrollment arranged between Users, and is not a payment intermediary unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific feature.

3. Accounts and Organizations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. An Organization is responsible for the actions of the members it authorizes to act on its behalf.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription tiers displayed in Novera reflect the plan an Organization has selected. Where a feature states that no payment is processed, no charge occurs and the record reflects a self-selected plan only. Where real payment processing is introduced, separate terms specific to billing will apply and will be disclosed before any charge occurs.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse Novera, including attempting to circumvent rate limits or authorization controls, impersonating another person or organization, or submitting false information in a business profile, course listing, Training, Offer, or Supply Request.

6. Termination

Novera may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. You may stop using Novera at any time.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Novera is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Novera is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any service, course, product, or transaction arranged between Users.

8. Changes to These Terms

Novera may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Novera after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
